Welcome to GSM B School (“App”, “Platform”).

By accessing or using our App, you (“User”, “Subscriber”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Definitions

• “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”
  Refers to the operator of the application.
• “Content Owner”
  GSM Associates Private Limited (owner of all course content)
• “App”
  GSM B School mobile application
• “User” / “Subscriber”
  Any individual who accesses or uses the App
• “Services”
  Pre-recorded courses, subscriptions, and learning modules

2. Eligibility

• You must be 14 years or older to use the App.
• You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

To use the App:

• Provide a valid mobile number and required details
• Maintain confidentiality of your account
• Accept communication via:
  • SMS
  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Calls
  • Push notifications

4. Subscription & Payments

GSM B School operates on a monthly subscription model.

Payment Methods:

• Razorpay / Cashfree
• Paytm / UPI / Cards
• Corporate billing
• Any other mode notified by us
• Subscription activates only after successful payment

4A. Apple In-App Purchases (iOS Users)

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal charges apply within 24 hours before expiry
• Manage or cancel via:
  iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• No refund for unused subscription period

5. Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable
• Cancellation is allowed anytime, but:
  • No refund for unused or partial period
• Duplicate/failed payments handled as per Refund Policy

6. Content Ownership & Usage

All content is owned by GSM Associates Private Limited.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license.

You must NOT:

• Download or record videos
• Share content outside the App
• Copy, distribute, or resell content
• Use content for coaching or commercial use
• Re-upload content anywhere

Violations may result in:

• Account termination
• Legal action
• Financial penalties

7. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• Not to misuse the platform
• Not to hack, modify, or reverse engineer
• Not to impersonate others
• Not to harass users or support team
• To follow all Indian laws and cyber laws

8. Service Availability

We aim for smooth service, but we do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime
• Error-free streaming
• No interruptions

Interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance
• Server updates
• Technical issues
• Network problems
• Force majeure events

👉 No refund will be provided for such interruptions

9. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Content is misused or shared illegally
• Fraudulent activity occurs
• Unauthorized access is attempted
• Payment failure

After termination:

• Access is revoked immediately
• No refund will be issued

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for:
  • Data loss
  • Revenue or profit loss
  • Business interruption
• We are not responsible for:
  • Device issues
  • Internet/network failures
• No guarantee of training outcomes

11. Data Privacy

• Data handled as per our Privacy Policy
• User data belongs to the App operator
• Content belongs to GSM Associates Pvt Ltd
• Data may be used for:
  • Analytics
  • Business insights
• We do not sell user data
• Compliant with Indian privacy regulations

12. Third-Party Services

We may use:

• Payment gateways
• Cloud hosting
• SMS/Email APIs
• Analytics tools

We are not responsible for third-party practices.

13. Changes to Terms

• Terms may be updated anytime
• Updates will be posted in the App
• Continued use = acceptance of changes

14. Governing Law

• Governed by the laws of India
• Jurisdiction: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
